Dispatch Coordination (Step-by-Step)

For immediate service, call dispatch. For planned trips, submit a pickup request. All requests are reviewed by dispatch based on availability.
2) Provide Trip Details
Dispatch will ask for the pickup address, destination, passenger count, luggage/items, and any planned stops.
3) Availability & Quote
Dispatch confirms availability and provides an upfront quote based on the details you provide.
4) Driver Confirms Details
When the driver arrives, they may confirm the destination and trip details again. This protects both the customer and the driver.
